We comply with any and all laws and regulations relating to environment as well as any other agreed requirements.
We address the continuous improvement in all areas of our business activities, focusing on reduction of environmental load substances, prevention of environmental contamination, waste reduction and energy conservation.
We evaluate the influence of our business activities on environment, set an environmental goal and promote the activities towards the goal.
We periodically review such activities and goal. We educate and support our employees so that they can respectively perform environmental preservation activities under their own responsibility with a board view, enhancing awareness of the employees through environmental education.
We keep all the employees informed about this environmental policy and also make it available to the public.

Obtaining Personal Information
When the Company obtains personal information, it shall specify the purpose and obtain the information with the consent of the customer and within the range necessary to provide the applicable service. The Company shall not use false and illegal means to obtain personal information.
Use of Personal Information
The Company shall use customers’ personal information within the scope of their consent. When the Company receives data from customers including their personal information, it shall use them within the scope of consent of the customers in accordance with the purpose of use. When the Company changes the purpose of use, it shall inform the customers or officially announce the changed purpose.
Accuracy of Personal Information
The Company shall make efforts to keep the personal information which it uses accurate and up-to-date within the range necessary for the purpose of use.
Management of Personal Information
In relation to handling personal information, the Company shall appoint information security administrators in each department which uses such information to ensure appropriate management. The Company shall take appropriate and reasonable security measures to prevent information leakage as well as external threats including unauthorized access and make utmost efforts to protect personal information. Regarding the access to databases containing personal information, the Company shall limit the access to such databases and strictly control access to prevent internal abuse. The Company shall also supervise contractors appropriately to prevent leakage and unauthorized access to personal information.
Disclosure of Personal Information
When the Company is requested by a customer to disclose their personal data, it shall disclose such information without delay as soon as it confirms their identity. The Company shall not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the customer. However, if the Company is requested to disclose personal information in accordance with laws and regulations or by courts, prosecutors, the police or any other organizations which have similar authorities, it may disclose or provide such information.
Correction of Personal Information
When the Company is requested to correct, add or delete personal information by a customer because such data is not correct, it shall confirm the customer’s identity and then correct, add or delete such data.
